Frequently asked questions
Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
One-time purchase. Your plan activates immediately and never auto-renews. Monthly plans grant access for 30 days; annual plans for 365 days, with Credits issued each month.
How are monthly Credits issued?
Credits are granted on the same day each month, starting from your purchase date. An annual plan issues Credits 12 times across the year.
Do Credits expire?
Monthly grant Credits are valid for that month only — unused amounts do not roll over. Separately purchased Credits are permanent and never reset.
What happens when a team plan expires?
Team members keep their accounts but lose team-tier features and the shared monthly Credits grant. Each member's purchased Credits remain unaffected.
Plans are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. Credits are granted monthly throughout the access period; unused monthly grants do not carry over. Separately purchased Credits are permanent and unaffected by plan expiry.
