Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RouteMarket, including our website, platform, APIs, developer tools, model routing services, creative workflow tools, billing features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
By using RouteMarket on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” refers to both you and that entity.
You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, or these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- Securing your API keys, tokens, and access credentials;
- All activity under your account;
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or security issues.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account or API keys.
3. Description of Services
RouteMarket provides software tools for AI model access, model routing, API usage management, workflow automation, and creative AI generation.
The Services may include:
- AI model routing and access tools;
- Developer APIs;
- Usage tracking and billing tools;
- Workflow builders and automation tools;
- Text, image, video, audio, and other AI generation features;
- Project and asset management tools;
- Integrations with third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services;
- Credit-based or subscription-based access to platform features.
RouteMarket may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. Third-Party AI Models and Providers
RouteMarket may route your requests to third-party AI model providers, API providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or other service providers.
You understand and agree that:
- Third-party providers may process your prompts, inputs, uploaded files, outputs, metadata, and technical data as necessary to provide the requested Services;
- Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, rate limits, restrictions, and availability;
- We do not control third-party model behavior, outputs, uptime, pricing, or policy changes;
- Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, infringing, unsafe, or unsuitable for your intended use;
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
We may change, replace, limit, or remove access to specific models or providers at any time.
5. User Content
“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, transmit, process, generate, or store through the Services, including prompts, text, images, audio, video, files, API payloads, workflow data, and generated outputs.
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to these Terms.
You grant RouteMarket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, and use your User Content solely as necessary to:
- Provide and operate the Services;
- Process your requests;
- Store your projects and generated assets;
- Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Enforce these Terms and prevent abuse.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content and use it with the Services.
6. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
You are responsible for determining whether outputs are appropriate for your use, including with respect to accuracy, legality, intellectual property rights, privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws.
RouteMarket does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, reliable, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You should not rely on AI outputs as professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, transmit, process, or distribute content or activity that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Contains malware, spyware, phishing, credential theft, or harmful code;
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
- Interferes with or disrupts the Services or third-party systems;
- Scrapes, harvests, or extracts data without authorization;
- Impersonates others or misrepresents identity, affiliation, or source;
- Creates spam, deceptive content, fake engagement, or fraudulent activity;
- Facilitates violence, terrorism, exploitation, abuse, or illegal activity;
- Generates or distributes non-consensual sexual content or sexual content involving minors;
- Involves regulated goods or services without proper authorization;
- Violates the terms or policies of third-party model providers or payment providers.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, provider policies, law, or creates risk to RouteMarket, other users, or third parties.
8. Prohibited Business Uses
You may not use RouteMarket for businesses or activities that we, our payment processors, banking partners, or service providers consider prohibited, restricted, or high-risk.
Prohibited or restricted uses may include, without limitation:
- Illegal products or services;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity;
- Money transmission, payment processing, or financial services without authorization;
- Cryptocurrency trading, exchange, custody, or investment schemes;
- Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance;
- Adult sexual services or explicit sexual content businesses;
- Weapons, controlled goods, or regulated substances;
- Sale of stolen, counterfeit, or infringing goods;
- Activities that violate sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.
We may update prohibited use rules from time to time to comply with payment processor, banking, provider, and legal requirements.
9. API Usage
If you use RouteMarket APIs, you are responsible for:
- Securing API keys and credentials;
- Monitoring your usage;
- Implementing reasonable safeguards in your applications;
- Ensuring your end users comply with applicable terms and laws;
- Preventing unauthorized use, abuse, or excessive requests;
- Paying all applicable fees and usage charges.
We may impose rate limits, usage limits, spend limits, model limits, or other restrictions at our discretion.
You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party provider terms.
10. Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing
RouteMarket may offer paid subscriptions, prepaid credits, usage-based billing, or other paid features.
By purchasing paid Services, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Credits are digital usage credits for RouteMarket Services;
- Credits have no cash value;
- Credits are not bank deposits, stored value, gift cards, or currency;
- Credits are not transferable except as allowed within the platform;
- Credits may expire according to the plan, promotion, or product terms displayed at purchase;
- Unused credits may not be refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your purchases.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy or the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins;
- Used credits are non-refundable;
- Prepaid credits are non-refundable once purchased;
- Promotional, bonus, or trial credits have no cash value;
- We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, policy violations, or excessive usage.
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
12. Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe、Creem. Your use of payment features may be subject to the payment processor’s terms, privacy policy, and compliance requirements.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
We may suspend or limit access to paid Services if payment fails, a chargeback occurs, fraud is suspected, or payment processor requirements are not met.
13. Intellectual Property
RouteMarket and its software, website, design, trademarks, logos, code, documentation, workflows, models, systems, and related materials are owned by PX Tech LLC or its licensors.
Except as expressly allowed, you may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense RouteMarket materials;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- Remove proprietary notices;
- Use RouteMarket trademarks without permission;
- Build a competing service by copying platform features, design, or data.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in RouteMarket or third-party services.
14. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
15. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose non-public information about RouteMarket, including private beta features, pricing, technical architecture, security information, business plans, or confidential communications, unless authorized by us in writing.
You are responsible for protecting confidential information you submit through the Services and for ensuring your use of third-party models is appropriate for that information.
16. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the Services, but no system is completely secure.
You agree not to:
- Test, scan, or probe vulnerabilities without authorization;
- Bypass authentication or access controls;
- Interfere with system integrity or performance;
- Use the Services to attack, overload, or disrupt other systems.

18. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.
Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, provider failures, rate limits, security incidents, infrastructure issues, legal requirements, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, delays, model unavailability, data loss, or third-party provider failures.
19. Beta Features
Some features may be labeled alpha, beta, preview, experimental, or early access.
Beta features are provided “as is” and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Beta features may be less reliable and may not be suitable for production use.
20. Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access if:
- You violate these Terms;
- You fail to pay fees;
- Your use creates risk to RouteMarket, users, providers, or third parties;
- Required by law or provider requirements;
- We suspect fraud, abuse, security issues, or unauthorized access;
- Continuing to provide Services is no longer commercially or legally feasible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. We may retain certain information as required for legal, billing, tax, compliance, security, or operational purposes.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTEMARKET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTEMARKET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROUTEMARKET FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE; OR
- USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RouteMarket and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of law or third-party rights;
- Your applications, products, customers, or end users;
- Your misuse of AI outputs or third-party services.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
25. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [[email protected]] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the effective date, posting a notice, sending an email, or using another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
